Body Breakthrough: Total Core Transformation is our ultra-premium world-class press handstand and TvA training program.
Before you apply, please read some of our emails we send to our subscribers about the program below:
Subject: Body Breakthrough Q&A (A Bentley DOESN’T cost $20,000)
Before you apply to be a part of Body Breakthrough: Total Core Transformation, I’ll answer some basic questions for you:
What is Body Breakthrough: Total Core Transformation?
It’s a 3 month (12 week) TOTAL TRANSFORMATION step-by-step group coaching program. Through the cutting edge training you follow daily, you’ll build a rock solid core, learn a press handstand AND you’ll learn a completely new mental framework for how you tackle and deal with challenges in life. Hint: The largest press handstand roadblock is NOT the physical, it’s your internal belief system about what you believe is possible for yourself (and for most people, that ceiling is very low).
In addition, we have weekly live classroom sessions where we cover the following topics:
Practice analysis – We go WAY beyond the visual in this program. Making sure you’re feeling the correct engagements inside the body is the KEY to success. And we aren’t just blasting through exercise for the sake of a “workout”. You’ll know exactly WHY you’re doing what you’re doing and HOW it connects to the bigger picture of what you’re trying to accomplish.
When you know the “why” and the “how” you do it better.
Movement Anatomy – We take learning your body to another level. We go far beyond what you would learn in a classroom, a textbook or even medical school (don’t take my word for it, see below).
Mindset Conditioning – In addition to the daily physical training, we’ll also do daily mindset conditioning. You need BOTH to succeed at anything in life. Without the proper mindset doing anything, you just fail. Period. (This piece alone is worth the investment in the program)
Advanced Training – Because many of the students in the program get their press within the first month (this obviously varies depending on your current level coming in), we coach past the press, L-sit lifts, floor straddle lifts, straight arm crow lifts and we discuss in detail how to go beyond the press in these trainings.
What is the investment into this program?
There’s a couple of things you need to know about “price”. I DO NOT give it out ahead of time. Before we even talk investment, I determine if you’re actually a great fit for the program AND the community. If we’re still good, I’ll tell you all the details of the program (the above is just the surface) and then we’ll talk investment (And yes, we can be extremely flexible with payment plans for those who are a fit for the program).
And no, do not email me asking for the price. That’s not the way I do it. If that doesn’t work for you, you don’t work for us. End of story.
But here’s what you need to know for now:
The investment into the program is going up daily. The longer you wait the larger the investment will be. And the next price increase is happening VERY SOON.
Transformation isn’t cheap. If you’re thinking think this program is in the hundreds, dream on. Crappy Yoga Alliance Training Programs will cost you $3000-4000 easy. This program is on an entirely new level, not just on training itself or the structure of it, but on the content itself. It’s the best in the world. And I’m not saying that from a position of ego, I’m saying it from a position of truth.
Don’t show up to the Bentley dealership expecting to get a Bentley for $20,000. It’s not happening.
If you want to know what I could charge for this program, go find the very top trainer in your area and find out what it would cost for you to work with them 4-5 times a week for 3 months (In San Francisco, where I live, that’s $15,000 – $30,000).
Now, if you don’t think I’m a “top trainer”, then that’s another story. 😉
And don’t ask me if you get “hours” for this program. It would be an insult to associate this program with the YA. Don’t know what I’m talking about? Just read what’s going on on the internet right now.
If you’re so worried about money that you can’t even have an intelligent conversation with me over the phone without knowing the price, the program isn’t for you.
What kind of results can I expect to get from this program?
Over the phone, I’ll tell you exactly how high this program will take you. But typically it’s this:
If you currently CANNOT lift up to an L-sit at all, within a month you’ll be doing a 30-40 second L-sit easy and you’ll get your press in another 2-4 weeks. If you currently already have a solid L-sit but can’t press, it’s because you haven’t made the “TVA shift”, which is the first thing we cover in the program, you’ll get your press in 2-3 weeks and then we’ll work the L-sit to handstand from there.
But again, this is just ballpark, I’ll be able to tell you exactly where you’ll go over the phone after I know with 100% certainty what I’m dealing with.
Cool?
So, more coming in the new couple of days.
If you think you’re a fit, you’re an extraordinary person and you want to be part of an extraordinary group of students, schedule a call to speak with me AND fill out the application and we’ll get started:

Ps. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason. And unfortunately, I don’t accept about 30% of people who apply for this program. As I said, you need to be a FIT not just for the training itself, but for the community. If I sense even one small thing about you I don’t like on the phone, I won’t offer you the opportunity the enroll. No hard feelings.
PPs. I offer a one-time-only fast action discount over the phone for students who are committed and ready to rock NOW. I make it easy for people who are willing to be decisive. Do your thinking, do your talking with your spouse or partner, do your finances ahead of time.
One other very important thing: If you schedule a phone call with me and decide you no longer want to do it, please take the time to cancel it. You’re not only taking up my time but you’re taking the time slot from someone else who could really use it. If you don’t cancel your scheduled call and don’t show up for whatever reason, you lose one time fast action discount, sorry.
PPPs. Remember what I said about medical school? See below:
SUBJECT: How to die at an accelerated rate (over 50 crowd read CAREFULLY)
Something I’ve really noticed lately and this is especially true with the “over 50” crowd.
They either have an extreme passion for life or quite frankly, they sound like they can’t wait to die.
Imagine what it would feel like to wake up every morning knowing that realistically, over half your life is gone, you really don’t have anything you’re truly passionate about, you really don’t have any friends in your life, you really don’t like your spouse anymore, and you live in fear daily knowing that your boss can’t wait to replace you with someone younger…
How does that make you feel???
Living in scarcity and fear like that is a horrible place to be.
And the worst part about that, is scarcity and fear attracts more scarcity and fear like a suffering magnet.
Then it perpetuates itself everywhere and it leads to disbelief in ALL areas of your life, which obviously isn’t good.
At some point you have stopped loving yourself…
And when you stop loving yourself and you have no real passion or purpose in life, you start dying at an accelerated rate.
Then there’s the other side of it:
Imagine what it would feel like to wake up every morning knowing that your best years are AHEAD of you. Imagine waking up with a youthful enthusiasm that carried you throughout your day and knowing with 100% certainty that you could tackle ANY challenge put in front you.
Imagine what it would feel like to put your hands on the ground and effortlessly lift yourself up to a handstand over and over and over again…
…and not from a place of ego or over exertion, but from a place of cool, calm and a confident state of “I got this”.
Imagine what it would feel like to wake up next to the person you really loved AND have a passion and a purpose you cared about so much you couldn’t wait to get out of bed at 5:30 in the morning to get started.
Imagine having the inner belief that YOU could do the IMPOSSIBLE.
A press handstand is really revealing about someone’s character…
Here’s what I’ve seen from speaking on the phone with this “over 50 crowd”:
The uncommitted full of excuses over 50 person:
- Press handstand sounds nice, but I’m too old Brian, I shoulda started when I was younger
- Won’t work for me, it’s impossible for me to build strength, I’ve tried my entire life and can’t do it
- I gotta think about it…
- I gotta ask my spouse…
- I gotta ask my doctor blah blah blah..
- Sounds like a great program and I’m sure it’ll work great for other people…
It’s like really?? You have to ask your spouse about something that would dramatically change your life??? What does that say about the person you’re with?? It’s mind boggling to me because I know the truth…if you really have to talk to your spouse and YOU were fully committed you would have had that conversation ahead of time.
Here was the best:
I spoke with a woman and she told me “I saw that video in Core Strength Society of that guy who got his press handstand in 3 or so weeks, must be nice to be young…what is he late 30s early 40s?”
My response:
“He’s actually slightly older than you and just 2 months ago he was bedridden recovering from a major hernia surgery….”
Then there was a very awkward silence. 🙂
And then you have the exact opposite person….
The tackle the impossible fully committed over 50 person:
- “HELL YEAH Brian I’m in”
- “Let’s do it!”
- ” Ready to rock NOW!”
And this is what makes Body Breakthrough: Total Core Transformation so great, I’m very selective about who I’ll actually even let into the program because group energy is extremely, extremely important.
And if you’re wondering, in a nutshell it’s 2 types – either the tackle-the-impossible let’s do it now type person OR someone who knows they aren’t at their best but is fully committed to wanting to change themselves from the inside out. Plain and simple.
Here’s the truth:
If you aren’t where you want to be in life, you need a mindset shift and you need one FAST. That non-committal energy doesn’t work for me, it doesn’t work for your goals in life and definitely doesn’t work for your spouse or partner.
You’re either more committed to your dream or you’re more committed to your limitations. Period.
That’s why we do extensive mindset training in Body Breakthrough. Because I know it’s not just the physical that is holding you back…
Ready to build a rock solid core, nail your press handstand faster than you can imagine AND completely rewire the way you think about yourself?
Schedule a call with me and fill out the application, and let’s see if you’re a fit:

Age means nothing, it only starts to mean something when you assign negative, disempowering energy to it. That’s your choice.
– Brian
Ps. And before you apply, know that you’re applying to be part of an ultra premium coaching program. I don’t give out prices ahead of time, it doesn’t do you any good to know the prices before you actually know all the details of what you’re getting and I don’t give out all the details unless I think you’re a good fit for the program.
Here’s what you need to know on cost:
Imagine what it would be like to work with a top top TOP trainer in New York, San Francisco or Los Angeles 4-5 times a week?
How much would that cost you per month?
Then ask yourself “what would that cost if he or she not only provided me with ultra specific daily training plans but also spent 2-4 hours a week coaching me on conditioning my mindset for success not just in training but in life?”
And on top of that ask yourself, “what if in addition to all that, he or she also provided me with an extensive library of reference material on functional anatomy, mindset conditioning and advanced training to supplement the daily training I was already doing?”
Do the math on that, we’re talking $20,000 – $30,000 easy for a few months. Body Breakthrough is nowhere close to that but it’s still expensive and it’s going up all the time. Please be realistic about what you’re applying for. If you want cheap or free this is NOT it. I have so many free resources out there already, stick to those.
SUBJECT: Perfect your handstand FIRST, then come back…
This is a pervasive myth that halts press progress:
PEFECT your handstand first then your press will come easy.
Wrong.
First of all, what does a perfect handstand even mean?
Stuff like this:
- Make your line completely straight
- Hold your perfectly straight handstand for at least 60 seconds
- Get the perfect blend of scapular protraction and elevation
- Get exactly an inner hand outer hand weight distribution ratio of 64.56 : 35.34
- Tilt your head at just the right angle so that your gaze effectively makes a perfect 45 degree angle with the current position of the sun overhead
Now how exactly does that stuff help with a press handstand???
That’s right. It doesn’t.
This is called “getting ready to get ready”.
If you’re trying to learn a press handstand, all that stuff is irrelevant. And it’s actually damaging.
This is what I call DEAD END HANDSTAND training.
And it takes shape two forms:
ONE: You get your handstand then instead of continuing to build the foundation to learn more advanced things like floating and pressing, you endlessly work on trying to “perfect” your handstand. Great if you want another point on the scorecard but crippling if you actually want to continue developing your practice.
TWO: You have good balance and pick up your handstand really easily and then fall into point 1. You’re actually better served learning the press if your balance doesn’t come naturally to you in handstand because you’ll spend far more time building up the proper components – knowingly or unknowingly.
Common scenario:
Person A learns handstand very quickly and hits the dead end. Can’t learn anything else from there and doesn’t know why. Essentially becomes a one trick pony and then falls into category that believes it takes years to learn a press from there.
Person B takes longer to learn a handstand but then masters the press shortly afterward within a month or two.
Here’s why: Handstand balance is irrelevant to the press mechanic itself.
Let’s take a step back.
Change your thinking about the relationship between a handstand and press handstand.
Stop thinking about a handstand as a necessary tool and building block for press handstand.
Instead, think of handstand as you know it as a “jump handstand” and press handstand as you know it as a “press handstand”.
The end result is the same, but how you get there is very different. Think about it.
We all know how to jump to handstand even if we can’t balance.
But naturally, we all can’t press to handstand even if we can’t balance.
You can take balance out of the equation and work on that separately. And this is how you save A TON of time in the press handstand learning process. This is how you chop it down from YEARS to MONTHS.
In the process of developing all the tools necessary to “press up” your balance becomes better anyway WITHOUT ever directly ever having to work on the balance itself – and by the way, you still can to speed up the process even more by doing what I call “TBT”, targeted balance training – but not everyone even needs this.
And to take it one step further…
You can separate the press movement itself into isolated pieces and hyper-target those.
The press movement consists of Physical and Technical pieces. And if you know how to train those two pieces individually (this is where most go wrong), you can train them simultaneously AND you can chop even more learning time off your press.
You can split the physical chunk of the press into pieces too.
That’s why I ask the question to anyone who’s been working on a a press for over 6 months…
“Have you ever considered that the training you’re doing might be wrong? Would you be open to trying another method?”
Because once you properly understand all the pieces of press and execute on them properly, it should take you NO MORE than 3 month if you’re fully dedicated to it.
And then there’s one other thing….
People focus too much on “the shift” of the hips forward. And because they get good at the shifting, they think they’re close, but they’re not.
It’s not the action itself, but the INTENTION BEHIND THE ACTION.
And this is very true for the shift. You can shift the hips forward from two places: either the skeleton or core (TvA).
Most haven’t even given thought to this and most are just shifting from their skeleton. Hint: If when you try to press you just feel “heaviness” in your hands, wrists, and shoulders – you’re a “skeleton shifter”.
And in order to actually get a press, you need to be “core shifter”. And sometimes when I make this simple shift in people, they go from not being able to even lift their feet off the floor to pressing – I’ve made this shift with a few people in Body Breakthrough already – and now they’re pressing and THEY CAN’T EVEN BELIEVE IT YET. And for them, that’s just the surface. There’s NO LIMIT to what they can accomplish now.
There’s no reason that can’t be you too…
If you’re ready to get a world-class education, adopt cutting edge training techniques AND master your press in NO MORE than 3 months…book a call and schedule a “Body Audit”, fill out an application on the other side and let’s get to work:
