    Hi Brian,

Thank you for sharing all of these golden nuggets of information! I am finding your tips and core workouts super helpful and have seen incredible transformation in my body over the past month. One question I do have is that while I am finding strength and control pressing up into handstand using blocks, once I get up my challenge is holding the handstand. Any ideas as to why?

Thanks again and have a great day!

Hi Julie! Thanks for kind words! I have a question for you, can you balance in handstand regularly, when jumping up? Or is it only a problem when you’re floating up? Let me know! 🙂

Aloha and thank you. Seems from this my Hamstrings are my main limiting factor at this stage.
As a car mechanic for 15 years they are pretty darn fixed. Leaning forward over fenders doing heavy hand work with locked knees as they car is right there.
Sitting and reaching forward I can just touch my toes. I have a reasonable practice. Thank you for this talk.
I can do headstand in middle of room. Handstands are not yet mine!!
    Mahalo, Bobby

I saw your handstand wall press on youtube and was wondering if there is a modification to help progress to being able to lift up against the wall
