Thank you Brian for keeping it real. I loved this podcast and thank you for reminding me of one of the fundamentals of teaching, be it yoga or anything else. I have read many times that a good teacher is also a good student. It most definitely applies to sequencing. I started practicing Ashtanga 2 years ago after several years of practicing various types of yoga desciplines and it truly changed my practice and my life. The physical self inquiry that began to develop allowed me to begin experimenting with my own personal sequencing apart from the Ashtanga series practice. I continue to practice Mysore yet I am also willing to explore sequencing in an attempt to go inward at a more profound level and strengthen my practice.?
