By Brian Aganad 4 Comments

PODCAST 21 (1)

In this show,  I speak with Alexandria Crow. She’s a no B.S., straight to the point kinda person, which is really refreshing to hear in the yoga world. We speak about the reality of being a “yogalebrity” and being an international icon, why *most* teacher trainings are useless, anatomy that’s taught wrong (and how to learn the right way), not doing as your told, and straight up not being afraid to say “no”. You’ll enjoy this one.

Listen to the show here

In This Session You’ll Learn:

  • The complete story of Alexandria Crow
  • The reality of yoga-celebrity and an international icon
  • The truth about Teacher Training
  • Why learning traditional anatomy is useless (and what you should learn instead)
  • How to teach functional anatomy properly

Awesome interview both of you! Brian, one of my favorite things about you is that I can tell that you genuinely want and like to help people, and that’s so rare coming from someone of your status. Alexandria, it’s so refreshing to hear you speak, Brian is right about how the media can portray someone as a completely different person. 🙂
