    I have a question about yoga postures. I could do some yoga postures easily yesterday , but I can’t do them today. My body is very stiff even the same time as yesterday. I keep practicing yoga everyday .Mostly still face this problem . Please could you tell me why and how to keep improving . Thanks!

      Hi Jade, your body has it’s ups and downs from day to day. That’s completely natural, mine does too! Important thing is to just stick with it and you get there. 😉

    Brian thanks again this is so useful! I will wait for your next podcast about handpress i can do a handstand but the presshandstand uuufff so difficult i’ve been using the stability ball to help me feel how it is but of course is easier cause the ball elevation but i ve been doing that as a training..
    But the press habdstand starting from the floor , is sooo hard !!ok i know i will continue practicing loads 🙂

    Please in any chance you have can you talk about the jump through with straight legs… And the jumpback exercises to achieve it …
